The ADU Payment Process
1. Reserve Online
· Simply reserve your tiny home ADU online and our customer support team will get in touch with you.
2. 10% Reservation Deposit
· Secure your order with a 10% reservation deposit.
· You’ll receive architectural drawings of your ADU for your building permit.
3. 40% Signing a Contract
· Once you’ve signed a contract, production of your ADU will begin.
· Your order will be finalized and production will start.
· Production time for an ADU typically takes 8-12 weeks.
4. 30% Payment Prior to Shipping
· Four weeks before shipping the ADU, you’ll need to make a 30% payment.
· We’ll confirm the shipping details with you.
· We’ll also order transport for your tiny home ADU.
5. 20% Final Payment
· Finally, when your ADU is ready to be released, you’ll make the final 20% payment.
· We’ll ship your ADU and you’ll be on your way to enjoying your new home!
